Amcom Telecommunications has signed a three-year, A$9 million deal to provide Cloud hosting services for the University of Western Australia.

"The partnership will involve Amcom hosting dedicated Cloud services for UWA in Amcom's secure data centres in Perth," the company said. Under the contract, Amcom will provide UWA with hundreds of computer servers and more than 400 terabytes of storage, delivered along a secure fibre network.

euNetworks has announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Vodafone Germany, delivering Fibre services to the mobile operator in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin and Munich. The agreement also provides a framework to enable Vodafone to benefit from euNetworks extended footprint.

Logicalis, has been awarded a six-year services and managed service contract with high-street retailer, Marks & Spencer, aimed at improving the efficiency and agility of their network infrastructure, as well as supporting the cost-effective deployment of innovative ICT services. Logicalis' on-site and Managed Service Centre teams will provide professional services and 24/7 management of the wired and wireless network infrastructure across M&S's 700 UK stores, Head Office, regional offices, distribution centres and depots.
