Centrom, an information technology services and enterprise system integrator company, plans to join Aim this month in a flotation that will value it at GBP 8m. The company is raising GBP 2m to fund expansion and develop its own range of services, which include a 24-hour data centre. It also intends to make acquisitions both in the UK and abroad.
