  • New data centre in UK

    Centrom, an information technology services and enterprise system integrator company, plans to join Aim this month in a flotation that will value it at GBP 8m. The company is raising GBP 2m to fund expansion and develop its own range of services, which include a 24-hour data centre. It also intends to make acquisitions both in the UK and abroad. Seymour Pierce is broker to the issue.

  • KPMG targets legal storage

    KPMG has launched a web-based data centre to help law firms manage large-scale litigation and arbitration. The new service offering is called Forensic Data Centre and will work as a tool for electronic disclosure. It is a direct competitor of Kroll Ontracks' recently launched Electronic Data Viewer.
