Logicalis UK has acquired CSF Solutions Ltd, (CSF) a £40 million revenue UK-based enterprise IT solutions provider. CSF has built a strong reputation in enterprise computing, specifically the IBM mainframe market and business critical servers from HP, and maintained a long-standing customer base with a significant number of impressive blue chip enterprises. As part of the agreement, Logicalis has also agreed terms to acquire CSF Managed Services Plc's 10,000 square foot Tier 3 data centre located in Bracknell, Berkshire. CSF will be integrated into Logicalis UK's operations.
