The 227,467-square-foot built-to-suit data centre building located at 4400 N. Hanley Rd. in Saint Louis, Missouri has been sold to American Realty Capital Trust III, Inc. for US$42.6 million, or about US$187 per sq ft.

The building is located on the Express Scripts headquarters campus and housed its data centre at the time of sale. The property is 100% leased to Express Scripts, an investment grade tenant, through January 2022.  The seller was 4400 N. Hanley LLC, according to a regulatory filing by buyer American Realty Capital Trust III, which is a publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust.
