Birmingham University is seeking a multi-disciplinary design team for a new, Primary Data Centre Building on the Birmingham campus. RIBA stages A to L will be required with a design team requested to deliver architect’s, structural engineering, landscape and ‘data centre design’ services.

Any other design services that may be required to develop detailed Tender Documentation will also be expected. The four year contract requires only the lead consultant to return a PQQ
