Data centre provider BlueSquare Data Holdings has announced record growth figures following the opening of its facility in Milton Keynes just one year ago. The company’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009 show the company’s turnover was over £8.4 million, which represents an increase in sales of 120%, and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) of 140%.
“The Milton Keynes site has been instrumental in terms of helping us achieving much greater growth than we thought possible in the current economic climate,” said Robin Ellis, group commercial director at BlueSquare Data. “Milton Keynes is blessed with superb transport network and power links, making our proposition extremely attractive to prospective customers.”
