Bradford company in data centre contract win

A dozen new manufacturing jobs are being created by a historic Bradford specialist engineering company which has clinched a major international contract which could generate business worth £10 million a year.

West Bowling-based ventilation specialist Mansfield Pollard is taking on workers after winning a £2.5 million contract from an international data centre operator based in southern England .The Bradford company, which was founded in 1866, will design and manufacture 12 bespoke air optimisation units and matched condensing units for use in data processing centres worldwide.
