Computacenter’s German subsidiary has opened its acquisition purse and snapped up Apple integrator HSD Consult. The deal for an initial €4.9 million payment is subject to competition authority clearance. A further €0.5m may be payable "depending on the level of acquired skills retained at the end of 2011".

Computacenter said: “This acquisition will strengthen Computacenter’s position in the growing mobility integration solution market in Germany.”
