Dedicated network connections can now be established more easily for colocation customers of data centre provider CoreSite. The company has announced that availability of Amazon service Direct Connect at its New York data centre.

CoreSite cited growing demand for Amazon’s popular cloud service. “CoreSite is pleased to be the first data centre provider in the New York metro region to provide direct, on-site access to one of the world’s largest cloud offerings in Amazon Web Services,” commented CoreSite COO Jarrett Appleby when discussing the matter
