Datalink, a leading provider of data centre infrastructure and services, has announced the completion of a US$1.1 million unified virtual data centre infrastructure deployment for Velocitor Solutions, a Charlotte, N.C.-based mobile/wireless software as a service vendor serving transportation/logistics, direct-store-delivery, field service and field sales customers.

The new data centre environment will enable Velocitor to quickly add SaaS capacity for company services ranging from mobile accounting to GPS vehicle tracking, help ensure 24x7 application availability, and support Velocitor's internal staff.
