Digital Realty Trust, a leading global provider of data centre solutions, has announced that it has signed a new lease in the first quarter with DataBank Holdings, a leading provider of secure and reliable data centre services for enterprise and cloud providers, for a stand-alone facility.

The stand-alone secured facility will be located in Digital Realty's Datacenter Park Dallas and will be divided into four phases, with the first data centre coming online in the fourth quarter of 2012. The facility will have dedicated power delivery via dual 10MW utility feeds in a 2(N) configuration.
