Digital Realty Trust has announced financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2009. Net income for the fourth quarter was US$24.9 million, compared to US$23.9 million for the third quarter of 2009 and US$25.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2008. Net income available to common stockholders in the fourth quarter was US$14.3 million compared to US$12.4 million in the third quarter of 2009.

 For the year ended December 31, 2009, net income was US$91.2 million, up 34.3% over 2008 net income of US$67.9 million. The Company reported total operating revenues of US$169.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2009, up 15.4% from US$147.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2008.
