Facility Gateway Corporation has announced its partnership with Pi Data Holdings, for the development and management of the 601 West Polk building in downtown Chicago following PDH’s recent purchase of the building.  601 Polk’s proximity to a sub-station ensures that an abundance of power, which is paramount in a functioning data centre, flows plentifully into the building. In addition, FGC and PDH are working to bring more power into the building while building out existing additional capacity.

The building will immediately undergo extensive renovations to its first floor. The 25,000 sq ft build-out will be supported by Facility Gateway Corporation’s experienced Engineering and Installation Division.
