GlassHouse Technologies, a global provider of independent data centre consulting and managed services, has announced a definitive agreement for the sale of its Israel subsidiary to Taldor Group, one of Israel’s leading providers of IT business and technology solutions. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the next few weeks.
