Harley outsources some IT services to Infosys

Infosys, an information technology company from India, is opening a technology and consulting services centre in Milwaukee for Harley-Davidson Inc. and other clients.

The company says it has signed a five-year agreement to provide services to Harley-Davidson, which is outsourcing some of its information technology work to Infosys., Harley says it is creating 68 information technology management positions and says the employees affected by the change can apply for those positions or other jobs within the company. Only a portion of Harley's IT department, which has 360 employees, is being outsourced, according to the company
