KVH, an Asian information delivery platform, has announced it has been selected into Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) Hosting Service Founding Members Program, which is designed to allow select hosting ecosystem service providers to participate in the early set-up of the hosting ecosystem at HKEx’s Next Generation Data Center (NGDC).

HKEx will offer Hosting Services at its NGDC in Hong Kong’s Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate from Q4 2012. With this appointment, KVH will add a new network POP at the HKEx’s NGDC and offer its ultra low-latency network services for market participants starting from Q4 2012. KVH will also provide colocation services as well as managed hosting services in the same data centre.
