IMC to assist Treasury Department with data centre migration

Innovative Management Concepts, a systems engineering and information technology company, has been awarded a contract through the Veterans Technology Services Government wide Acquisition Contract to assist the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency with a data centre migration in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

OCC, whose primary mission is to charter, regulate, and supervise all national banks and federal savings associations, solicited proposals for data center infrastructure migration planning and execution support in connection with a planned move from the OCC’s data centre currently based in Landover, Maryland. Under the contract, valued at more than US$3 million, IMC will develop the strategies and detailed execution plans for the physical relocation of equipment to a leased facility that is yet to be determined in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
