Internap Network Services has announced the official opening of its new data centre in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, located in Plano, Texas. To mark the occasion, Internap will host an exclusive open house and networking event at the facility on December 15.

With demand for data centre space in DFW expected to outpace supply through 2013, according to analyst firm Tier1 Research, Internap's state-of-the-art facility will serve the area's diverse range of enterprises with 55,000 sq ft of net-sellable floor space. Designed to offer maximum flexibility and performance for customers, the new data centre will provide access to Internap's flexible platform of IT Infrastructure services, including managed hosting and colocation, as well as its global, route-optimized Performance IP service, backed by a 100% uptime Service Level Agreement.
