INTERXION PLANS USD 223MILLION FLOAT ON NYSE


European colocation and data centre services provider Interxion has announced that it has commenced an initial public offering on the NYSE.  The offering will comprise of 18,550,000 ordinary shares. Interxion is offering 16,250,000 ordinary shares and certain selling shareholders are offering 2,300,000 ordinary shares. The estimated price range for the initial public offering is $11.00 to $13.00 per ordinary share. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Barclays Capital will act as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

The company owns and operates 55,800m2 of colocation space within 28 data centres in 11 countries across Europe, connected to 350 carriers and ISPs, and 18 Internet Exchanges  with more than 1,100 customers.
