Lloyds Banking Group has appointed quantity surveyor EC Harris as its single source professional services provider for the next three years. EC Harris will support the bank in the delivery of capital construction across its retail banking network, head offices and data centres throughout the UK.  No financial details were disclosed.

Lloyds hopes that the move from multiple providers to a single source partner will bring efficiencies and innovation. EC Harris’s scope of work will include commercial management, capital planning, project management and Construction Design Management Coordination (CDMC).
