Lockerbie Data Centres, a subsidiary company of Robison and Davidson (Holdings), lodged an outline planning application for a 250,000 sq ft internet data centre, business park, and a 750-homes sustainable village at Peelhouses near Lockerbie. The company claims it will be an ?800 million project over 10 years which will create up to 1,000 permanent jobs on site and a similar number of construction jobs.
