Macquarie Telecom chooses Australian IT firms to aid with A$60 million data centre

Corporate telco, Macquarie Telecom has announced it will partner with two Australian IT firms to build its new A$60 million data centre. Server Racks Australia and Syndeticom Electrical & Communications were selected to aid in the construction of the Intellicentre 2 data centre in North Ryde, Sydney.

 SRA is set toprovide the server racks for the new data centre, which will help fulfil Macquarie's Cold-Aisle-Containment cooling strategy, while Syndeticom will work on the cabling infrastructure of the new facility.
