Node4 expands Leeds data centre

Data centre and communications firm Node4 has continued its rapid growth trajectory with a new hall at its Leeds data centre. It will grant the company more space to serve its growing customer base and will be equipped with additional leading edge hardware and facilities.

Node4 has responded to increased demand for resources and has boosted its data centre capacity as a result. There will be space for 128 racks in 4 x 32 pods. Security will be manned 24/7 within the ISO27001 compliant site. The new 350 sq m hall will open on 1 September. Andrew Gilbert, the Managing Director of Node4, (pictured) said, “We are really looking forward to opening the new hall at our Leeds data centre because it is a direct response to what our customers want.
