European storage solution company Proact is to provide a storage system for telecoms operator TDC, the company announced. This contract covers duplication of disk space for TDC's two data centres and its servers which are used for consolidating virtual machines. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The data centre renovation will be implemented by Proact using the products of its partners Cisco, NetApp and EMC.
