Six Degrees Group has announced that it has achieved ISO27001 Information Security Management Certification. ISO27001 is an international certification that ensures that Six Degrees Group’s core platforms (data centres and networks), billing, data management, fulfilment and support meet the standards for information security.

Commenting on the achievement, Alastair Mills, CEO of Six Degrees Group, stated: “The top three concerns customers have with hosting services are privacy, security and sovereignty. This achievement will help to allay these concerns. Our customers know that the integrity of their data is our top priority. Consequently, we only deploy secure private cloud services with their data housed in UK-based datacentres that are ISO27001 certified.”
