Atterbury has confirmed that it is developing a 46,000 sq m head office campus, customer walk in centre, data/IT centre and warehouse for third mobile operator Cell C at Waterfall Business Estate which enjoys superb access from Pretoria, Sandton and Joburg. Waterfall Business Estate, is in total a staggering 1,6 million sq m mixed-use commercial development - the most ambitious of its kind being undertaken in South Africa.

Atterbury Property Developments Director Coenie Bezuidenhout says: “We are pleased to welcome Cell C to Waterfall Business Estate. The Cell C development will break ground in July 2012. It includes offices, distribution warehouse and customer care centre, and will also result in improved road infrastructure in the area. The premises are scheduled for Cell C’s occupation at the end of 2013, on a 15 year lease. The development also offers Cell C some 14,000 sq m of future development potential.”
