SynapSense, a leading provider of energy efficiency-focused data centre infrastructure management solutions, and Equinix were recently selected as a winner of the Green Data Center Innovation Challenge by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.

The Green Data Center Innovation Challenge was sponsored by the IDA to help improve energy efficiency in the Singapore data centre sector. SynapSense and Equinix, a provider of global data centre services, were one of four consortiums selected by the IDA to help improve energy efficiency as much as 35 percent in Singapore's data centre sector.
