A-TEK awarded National Institutes of Health US$20 billion CIO-SP3 contract

A-TEK has announced it has been awarded the National Institutes of Health Chief Information Officer –Solutions and Partners 3 Government Wide Acquisition Contract CIO- SP3 is valued at US$20 billion with a 10 year term.

CIO-SP3 is the successor contract to NIH's current Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 2 Innovations (CIO-SP2i) and the Image World2 New Dimensions (W2nd) GWACs. CIO-SP3 continues to support government Information Technology efforts with a focus on health and biomedical related IT services in support of federal agencies health missions. There are ten functional areas supported by CIO –SP3 to include: Chief Information Officer Support, IT Operations and Maintenance, Critical Infrastructure and Information Assurance, Enterprise Resource Management, and Software Development.
