TeliaSonera International Carrier has announced that its managed data centre service has been selected by Bitoon Games to provide the gaming platform for BasketDudes, Bitoon's first Free2Play basketball MMO offering, released in June.

The partnership sees TeliaSonera International Carrier providing a worldwide connectivity solution from Paris, which includes IP connectivity, colocation, and leased servers. As BasketDudes is a MMO, the Spanish-based development studio required a high quality service partner to provide world class connectivity, serving the needs of a high volume of online players simultaneously - offering high capacity and resilience against latency.
