Uniserve Communications has announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Belhara Security Systems, to provide Virtual Desktop Appliances to smaller municipal governments and private institutions throughout Canada, using Belhara's security technologies along with its alliance partners and Uniserve's Cloud Computing capability.

Belhara and its alliance partnership was founded to deliver on the promise of secure Desktop Cloud Computing  which offers the performance, utilization, security, and management benefits that were expected from but never delivered by legacy Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. The Belhara alliance partnership delivers virtual desktops that perform faster than physical desktops, while maintaining centralized management and control, and no compromise security, resulting in significantly lowers operating costs.
