VeriCenter, Inc., a provider of managed hosting, colocation, and infrastructure services for mid-to-large enterprises, has announced second quarter 2007 bookings of USD7.2 million in annual recurring revenue, with a 75/25 ratio of managed to collocation bookings. Managed services bookings of USD5.4 million in annual recurring revenue represent an all-time quarterly bookings record for this critical component of the VeriCenter revenue mix. Bookings are reported in terms of annualized recurring revenue associated with new customer contracts producing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for VeriCenter. New customer contracts typically have durations ranging from two to three years. VeriCenter will report its second quarter revenue results, along with quarterly and annual revenue comparisons, later in July.
