Webzilla Group, a global webhosting company held by privately owned XBT Holding Ltd, acquired Luxembourg’s largest hosting provider Server.lu as a new subsidiary. Server.lu will join a growing list of Internet infrastructure companies in XBT Holding’s portfolio.

Server.lu is a leading Internet backbone and colocation provider specializing in dedicated servers, colocation and web hosting. It is located in nearly the exact center of Europe in Steinsel, Luxembourg. The company was founded in 2003. From its beginning, Server.lu has provided hosting solutions to fit the needs and budgets of a wide variety of customers. The company has built a broad customer base, gained a great deal of experience, and created a solid infrastructure — all qualities that appealed to Webzilla.
