Cancellations and Substitutions
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend on your behalf at no extra charge.
Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted.
Cancellation to attend the event, tendered in writing by email or fax to the organizers is as follows: -
- up to 40 calendar days before the event: 100% refundable
- 26-39 calendar days before the event: 75% refundable
- 25 calendar days or less: non-refundable.
This conference is organized by BroadGroup which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual.
BroadGroup’s receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance.
Application and payments that are not accepted by BroadGroup will be returned.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to amend or alter the content of the programme or the identity of the speakers
