Jeremy Hartley developed eCool Cold Aisle Containment as a new way of keeping Data Centres cool following concerns from his clients that high temperatures in their datacentres were creating unacceptably high levels of computer hardware failure.

eCool offers a new approach to keeping IT cool. It uses air management to ensure cooled air is directed through the fans of the IT equipment rather than escaping around the racks. If servers are kept within manufacturers guidelines then the internal fans operate at optimum efficiency and hardware failures are reduced.

eCool can be retrofitted in a live environment, cutting energy consumption and reducing hardware failure.
