Interxion Rumoured To Prepare For Stock Market Flotation UK newspaper The Guardian published an article (December 21st) suggesting that Pan-European carrier neutral Data Centre company Interxion is considering a flotation in 2008 with a valuation of over GBP 300 million. Interxion is majority-owned by New York based private equity firm Baker Equity. The rumoured interest – which is not confirmed – follows the successful flotation of competitor Telecity Group at the end of October. Initially floated at 220 UK pence, the Telecity Group stock price by the end of December 2007 was 30 per cent above the offer price, valuing the company at GBP 574 million.
