TelecityGroup To Float On London Stock Exchange

TelecityGroup, one of Europe’s largest independent data centre operators, plans to list the company on the London Stock Exchange next month. The data centre business is being brought to market on the back of a surge in demand experienced across the sector. The company is reported to be aiming to raise between GBP100m and GBP125m via the listing, GBP60m of which will be used to fund the construction of two new data centres in London and Amsterdam. The flotation is expected to value Telecity at between GBP400m and GBP500m.
