Meta Platforms has signed a 350 MW pre-lease agreement across CyrusOne's Allen and Carrollton data centre campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The multi-building commitment will support Meta's rapidly expanding AI training infrastructure, with initial deliveries scheduled for Q3 2026.

The lease represents Meta's largest single data centre commitment in the Texas market and reflects the company's strategic pivot toward AI-first infrastructure. The DFW facilities will be purpose-built to accommodate high-density GPU clusters, featuring advanced liquid cooling systems and high-capacity power distribution capable of supporting rack densities exceeding 60 kW.

Dallas-Fort Worth has become one of the most competitive markets for hyperscale pre-leasing, with abundant power capacity, competitive electricity rates, and a central US location that provides low-latency connectivity to major population centres. CyrusOne's Allen and Carrollton campuses offer direct access to major fiber routes and multiple utility feeds, providing the redundancy and reliability required for mission-critical AI training workloads.
