Vantage Data Centers has announced WAR1, a 50 MW hyperscale campus in Warsaw, Poland - marking its entry into the Central and Eastern European market. The €320 million investment targets the region's fastest-growing data centre market, driven by EU data sovereignty requirements and competitive operational costs.
Warsaw has attracted significant data centre investment as enterprises and cloud providers seek alternatives to the more expensive Western European markets. Poland's skilled technical workforce, EU membership, and strategic geographic position between Western Europe and emerging Eastern European markets make it an increasingly compelling destination.
WAR1 will be located in Warsaw's emerging data centre cluster and will offer Vantage's signature build-to-suit hyperscale design with delivery expected in H2 2027.
