RadiusDC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Phoenix data centre and colocation business of phoenixNAP. The transaction establishes RadiusDC's Phoenix I campus, combining an existing operational data centre (DC1, expanding to 8 MW) with a planned second facility (DC2, up to 18 MW) expected to come online in H1 2028.
Approximately 80% of phoenixNAP's global business, including its Bare Metal Cloud and network service platforms, will continue to be independently owned and operated by phoenixNAP, which will remain a tenant in the Phoenix facility. The deal is set to close in Q2 2026.
